School Apply allows you to start your application to any school or program that we list. In order to apply, you need to first sign up for an account. For the next step, we recommend that you shortlist the schools and programs you are interested in by using the “Shortlist” function. Once you are happy with your shortlisted schools, simply click “Apply” and fill out the online application form.

Once you have selected schools and programs and filled out the online application form, you will be asked to pay the administration fee using your credit or debit card. After the fee has been paid, SchoolApply will process your application and contact you in regard to the next steps.

Once you have applied, SchoolApply’s placement team will process your application and one of our admissions counsellors will be assigned to work with you. Your contact person will keep you up-to-date about any changes in the application process, and guide you with any further steps to take.

SchoolApply charges a one-time minimal administration fee of just USD 250.00.

The application process can be confusing and frustrating, that’s why once you sign up with SchoolApply, you will be assigned a personal education advisor who will guide you through each step of the application process.

Your personal education advisor will:

1. Review your entire application
2. Review supporting documents
3. Have an over-the-phone consultation with you
4. Suggest revisions to your application as required
5. Send your application to selected schools

A bank statement showing proof of finance is needed for two reasons:

1. This allows your SchoolApply Education Advisor to determine your budget; and hence find a school that is the right fit for you.
2. This is also one of the required documents when applying for a visa.
